The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or defective item.
